3. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for assistance. KARENJANIA will cover applicable return shipping costs for confirmed cases.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

5. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for returns due to personal preference, except where otherwise required by law or where the return results from our error.
